AS A JUNIOR (2017): Became the team's starting first baseman in April and stayed there through the end of the season after getting hot at the plate, making 27 straight starts and appearing in 33 games overall ... Also made two starts at designated hitter on opening weekend for 29 total starts on the year ... Had 24 RBIs and 10 doubles with a .400 slugging and .315 on-base percentage ... Went on a career-best eight-game hitting streak from April 25-May 7, batting .455 (15 for 33) with 11 RBIs, six runs scored, five doubles and a home run ... Hit his first career home run on April 13, a solo shot versus Loyola Marymount ... Hit a go-ahead grand slam in the seventh inning on May 7 versus San Diego, breaking a 2-2 tie after teammate Jackson Thoreson was intentionally walked ahead of him. The eventual 6-4 series-clinching win gave SMC an important tiebreaker over USD, helping them reach the WCC Tournament later that month.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016): Appeared in four games as a Gael making his first season start at San Diego on Mar. 19 … Pinch hit twice earning one hit … Would later earn a medical redshirt for the season after missing most of the year due to injury.
AS A FRESHMAN (2015): Saw time off the bench in his first season as a Gael, appearing in 18 games with five starts ... Hit .233 (7 for 30) with three runs and one RBI ... Played mostly corner outfield and designated hitter for the Gaels in addition to his role as a pinch-hitter ... Had hits in his final two plate appearances of the year, collecting pinch-hit singles against BYU and San Diego State ... Also appeared in one game at first base.
PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: Lettered in baseball twice at California High in San Ramon, Calif. ... Hit .325 and drove in 17 runs as a senior for the Grizzlies, earning second team All-East Bay Athletic League honors ... Earned two Scholar-Athlete awards at California ... Named 2014 California region honorable mention and 2013 underclass honorable mention by Perfect Game ... Plans to study Business at Saint Mary's.
