As a sophomore (2012):  Appeared in two games making one start before requiring season ending surgery...threw 9.0 innings with a 2.00 ERA...on 2/19 made his first collegiate start against Southern Utah going 6.0 complete innings, scattering two hits, no runs, with two walks and career-best five strike outs...against Brigham Young on 2/25 threw three innings, allowing seven hits, two earned runs with two walks and five more strike outs...finished the year with four walks and 10 strike outs for a 2.5 K/BB ratio.

Summer (2011):  Played for the Bend Elks in the West Coast League with teammates Donald Collins, Toby DeMello and Shawn O'Brien...appeared in seven games making seven starts for the Elks, going 2-2 with a 2.38 ERA...in 41.2 innings pitched he struck out 15 and scattered 43 hits...pitched at least five innings in all seven starts...threw seven innings in a win over Wenatchee scattering five hits and two earned runs in the win.

As a freshman (2011): Appeared in 16 games all in relief for the Gaels...the 16 appearances was the second most for a freshman pitcher in 2011...made his Saint Mary's debut on 2/22 at Sacramento State throwing a season-high 3.0 innings in that outing...finished the year with an 0-1 record, sporting a 4.26 ERA in 25.1 innings pitched...struck out 20 batters on the year, averaged 7.11 k/9 on the year which was fifth on the team...boasted a 1.3 k/bb ratio...held left handed hitters to a .192 batting average...pitched 3.0 scoreless innings of relief against Santa Clara on 4/15, tied a season-high with three strike outs that outing...in WCC play he was 0-0 with a 4.15 ERA in 8.2 innings pitched, striking out five and walking just three.

High School:  The righty comes to Saint Mary's by way of Saguaro High School in Scottsdale, AZ...while at Saguaro HS he was a three-time letter winner in baseball for the Sabercats...in 2010 he helped his team win the 4A-1 Arizona State Championship...he was named to the All-Region Team, First Team All-State, as well as receiving all-city honors...he was named to the all-region team and the Arizona Baseball Coaches Association All-State Team...he was also recruited by Arizona, Kansas State, and North Dakota.
