Saint Mary's College will celebrate the start of the 2010-11 Basketball season on Wednesday, October 27^th at 10 pm, as it hosts MidKnight Madness in McKeon Pavilion.  This year's title sponsor is Shop Moraga First with 5A Rent-a-Space, Pennini's, Neighborhood Computers, and The New Rheem Theatre serving as presenting sponsors.

The night will include introductions and performances by both the men's and women's basketball teams, and will feature a special performance by Acrodunk, who appeared on the 2009 season of America's Got Talent.

Other events will include performances from the Saint Mary's Cheer and Dance Teams, student competitions for prizes, team introductions, highlight reels, and skits from both the men's and women's basketball teams.  Sodexo will provide late-night snacks for everyone in attendance.  Doors will open at 9:00 pm.

All are season-ticket holders and students are welcome.  If you are an SMC Student, you must print your ticket online at SMCGaels.com using the online ticketing system.  Any students getting their tickets at the ticket window will be charged a $1 service fee.  Priority seating will be given to all GaelForce members wearing their 2010-11 GaelForce t-shirts.  T-shirts will be available for pick-up at the event.  All season-ticket holders may show up to the ticket window to get their ticket.  For any ticketing issues, please contact Neal McSherry at 925-631-GoTx.  For any questions, regarding the event, please contact Todd Ogorzelec at 925-631-4656.
