Moraga, CA - On Thursday, May 20 former Saint Mary's men's basketball standouts Omar Samhan and Patrick Mills will have their uniforms retired by McCovey's Restaurant in Walnut Creek. There will be a ceremony at the restaurant beginning to 7:30 p.m. to honor the players.

McCovey's owner Jeff Dudum, an alumni of Saint Mary's, will retire the No. 50 Saint Mary's jersey for Samhan. The No. 13 Saint Mary's jersey worn by Mills during the two seasons he played in Moraga, in addition to the No. 8 Portland Trailblazers uniform donning the Mills name, will also be displayed.

Both Samhan and Mills will be present for the ceremony.  Fans that want to attend the event are encouraged to arrive early for dinner. In addition to the jersey ceremony, there will be a live DJ at the event, as well as a drink special from McCovey's. Buy any well drink or any beer and get a second well drink or beer for .50 cents, in honor of Samhan's No. 50 jersey.
