FRESNO, Calif. -- The Saint Mary's women's tennis team finished play Sunday at the Bulldog Classic in Fresno with a loss in the Flight A semifinals.

The team of Hannah Liljekvist and Danielle Flores was the lone entry left for Saint Mary's on the final day of competition, and they faced Fresno State's Aishwarya Agrawal and Olga Kirpicheva. The Bulldogs won the match 8-3, advancing to the finals and knocking the Gaels out of the tournament.

Flores, Liljekvist and the rest of the Saint Mary's team will return home to wrap up its fall season this week, as the Gaels will host a USTA Campus Showdown on Saturday.
