MORAGA, Calif. -- After a three-game road trip saw the Saint Mary's lacrosse team travel across the country, the Gaels return home Friday to face Stetson in a non-conference match at 3 p.m.

Saint Mary's (2-6) will look to extend its home winning streak to three on Friday, having won both matches on home turf this season. A 16-15 overtime win over UC Davis got that streak started, and a 16-7 win over Marquette made it two in a row.

Amanda Cross leads Saint Mary's statistically coming into the match with a team-high 25 points. A strong performance on the recent road trip has catapulted Jillian Chong into the team lead for goals at 17. Not far behind is Jaclyn Biggers with 16.

Stetson (0-9) come to Moraga as part of a two-game West Coast trip. The Hatters will play Cal on Monday.

Earlier in the season, Stetson hosted two Mountain Pacific Sports Federation teams, dropping an 18-1 decision to San Diego State and losing 18-4 to UC Davis.

Danielle Horgan leads the Hatters in both points (10) and goals (8). Maylis Broderick and Paige Levesque each have eight points.
