Rowing
SMC Rowing Clinics are dedicated to all aspects of the sport including skill development, strategy, competition and mechanics. Each Camper will have the opportunity to develop their skills through individual instruction, group instruction and competition experience. Saint Mary's College is very fortunate to have some of the finest collegiate coaches in Northern California. Head Coach Nicole Younts and Assistant Coach Anna Cohen hand select and train their staff, composed of top-level coaches and collegiate athletes. All instructors have been chosen for their extensive knowledge of rowing and their enthusiasm to work with children and young adults.

Rowing Parent Packet
During the Traditional Rowing Camp, experienced rowers in or going into high school, ages 14-18, can expect to participate in daily competitions, skill development activities, races and other special events. Resident campers begin their day at 7:30 am. After a full day of skill instruction, campers will retreat to their dorms for recreation time and lights out at 10:30 pm. Day campers begin their day at 9:00 am sharp, and after a full day of skill instruction, end at 8:00 pm. See Parent Packet for the complete daily schedule. Parents are invited to attend all sessions.
