AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18): Began the spring with three straight singles victories and won six of his first seven matches...honored to All-WCC First Team after picking up 13 wins during the spring...First Gael since Andre Sion to earn multiple First Team nods... named Muscle Milk Player of the Week in the team's first week of the season...played in both the Gaels' top singles and doubles spots...won his first four WCC singles matches and finished 5-2...played doubles mainly alongside Nash Vollenweider...won their first three out of their four doubles matches...did not compete during the fall.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17): Came to Saint Mary's in the spring and immediately made an impact as the Gaels' top performer...went 10-5 in singles play...was 7-2 from the No. 1 spot and went 4-0 in conference play...also led the team with eight doubles victories...played mainly alongside Nash Vollenweider...posted a streak of 11 straight matches without a loss in singles action...following the season, was named WCC Freshman of the Year...also was named All-WCC First Team Singles and All-WCC Honorable Mention Doubles with Vollenweider...earned his first collegiate win in doubles play with Vollenweider against Holy Names...earned his first collegiate singles victory against San Diego State on Feb. 24....was edged by No. 70 Michael Genender of Stanford in three sets (6-3, 6-7, 6-10)...defeated Connor Finerty of Northern Colorado 6-1, 6-0 in his first match as No. 1 singles...won both of his singles matches in Saint Mary's conference victories.

PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: Graduated from Glenwood High School... Plans to major in Business Administration... Member of the South African Junior Davis Cup team, Junior Commonwealth Games... Ranked No. 1 in South Africa for U-18 Boys... High of No. 93 in the world on the junior circuit... Chose Saint Mary's for the location, good academics, and relationship with the coaching staff... Postgraduate plans include playing professional tennis.
