BVB | Gaels Open 2018 Season In Stockton

The Saint Mary's beach volleyball team will open up the 2018 season on Saturday taking on host Pacific and East Bay rival California

AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17)

Beach: Played exclusively at the five pair and finished the season 1-4 ... Saw action with Alex O'Sullivan, Madi Wilkerson and Sienna Young ... Earned her first win on April 1 with O'Sullivan in a home sweep against San Francisco.

Indoor: Did not see any action in her first season of indoor.

PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: Graduated from Redondo Union High School in Hermosa Beach ... Lettered three years in both indoor and beach volleyball. Was named the Seahawks' MVP during her freshman year ... Was also a member of the U17 and U19 Team USA High Performance teams ... A transfer from Florida International University, Dominique played in 27 matches for the indoor team, starting three ... Finished second on the team in assists with 292 (3.40/set) ... Was third on the team in service aces with 18 (0.21/set) while posting 22 kills and 106 digs on the season ... Registered a career-high 41 assists at Middle Tennessee on October 25 ... Also played beach for the Panthers ... Competed all season at the top spot, posting a 7-10 record and was named to the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association All-Freshmen team.
