STANFORD, Calif. -- Saint Mary's will conclude their fall season this week at the ITA Northwest Regionals hosted by Stanford University. The four day tournament kicks off on Thursday and will conclude on Sunday with the championship rounds.

Last year at the ITA Regionals, the Gaels had several players reach the quarterfinal round in both singles and doubles, including returners Kareena Manji, Danielle McIntyre and Emma Critser.

Manji and McIntyre each notched wins in singles during the tournament but also teamed up to win three doubles matches, including an 8-0 win over Washington State in the round of 16. The tandem of Critser and former Gael Parminder Kaur also advanced to the quarterfinals, highlighted by an 8-3 win over a tough opponent in Maria Smith/Maya Jansen from Cal.

Saint Mary's will look to build on their early success this fall, especially from their newcomers Mariia Kozyreva and Aubane Ville. Kozyreva most recently finished runner-up in singles at the Saint Mary's Invitational and the freshmen duo reached the semifinals in the same tournament. The senior Manji also played well in singles action as she reached the quarterfinal round before falling to eventual singles champion Anna Bright.

Draw results for the tournament can be found by clicking HERE or on the Gaels' schedule page.
